It's also called the Dragongate Falls. It's in a relatively open area, so you can view it from within a car that runs in Kyushu. Because agricultural water is washed from upstream, the amount of water varies greatly according to the seasons and weather. Especially during the late May through September, when the low rainfall is combined, the waterfall may be almost gone. There's a Ryumon Falls hot springs near the falls. The area along the stream to the Iigi Falls in the north of Ryumon Falls and to the Dragon Gate of the Rock Road in the west is named Ryumon Falls Forest. The bedrock of Ryumon Falls is that in the new world, the polar bear is cold and solid, and the pillars are developing.

History

It is named Ryumon Falls because it resembles the Chinese Dragon Gate. It's known as the most famous waterfall in the world, and so is the Kuichiwa Shiba Shiba. There are still images of the island where the Seyaki castle built on a hill near the falls. There is a legend that when the falls were once surrounded by woods, old old women were washing them in a pot, a great wave occurred and a great snake appeared, and since then no one has been washed in a waterfall. It's also said that four-five-meter-long turtles lived there. In the mid-1980s, there were playwalks and tinsel gardens in the neighborhood. I was chosen to the 100 Selected Waterfalls of Japan on the 12th of April.
